3. SMS / Text Messaging
When you provide your phone number and consent, you may receive text messages from Nevada Prime Healthcare related to your equipment order, appointments, or general health education.
- Consent: You must opt in to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies, typically 2–4 messages per month.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.

- Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
- No PHI via text: We do not send protected health information (PHI) through SMS. Text messages are limited to scheduling, reminders, and general information.
