By opting in to receive text messages from Nevada Prime Healthcare LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions for our SMS Updates program.

Program Description

Nevada Prime Healthcare SMS Updates provides text messages related to your durable medical equipment (DME) order, including appointment reminders, order status updates, delivery notifications, and general equipment support information.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your order status and needs. You can typically expect 2–4 messages per month. Frequency may increase briefly during active order processing.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Simply text STOP to the number from which you received a message. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.

If you opt out of SMS, it will not affect any other communications or services you receive from Nevada Prime Healthcare.
